- To schedule and place morning check-in calls via our AI assistant Clara
- To send SMS reminders, confirmations, pharmacy discount codes, and activity reports you have consented

- To improve our service and AI assistant performance

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to any third party.

- Retell AI — powers our AI voice assistant Clara (voice calls)
- Twilio — delivers SMS messages
- Supabase — secure database storage
- Stripe — payment processing
Each service provider is contractually required to protect your data and use it only to perform services for
us. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any other third party.
5. Phone Calls and Voice Recordings
Our service involves outbound and inbound phone calls handled by an AI voice assistant. By using our service,
you acknowledge and consent to:
- Calls being made to your phone number at your chosen time
- Call recordings being stored for service quality and consent documentation
- Your verbal responses being processed by our AI system
California law requires that all parties to a phone call be notified of recording. Our assistant Clara
identifies herself as an automated assistant at the start of every call.
6. SMS Messages
We send SMS messages only to users who have given explicit consent. Consent is obtained verbally during a
phone call or through a written opt-in on our website. You may opt out at any time by replying
STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may
apply.
For family contacts: SMS messages are sent only after the family contact replies YES to our opt-in message.
We never send unsolicited messages to family members.

- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your
CCPA rights

Our service is designed for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it

access controls, and secure payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the
internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

USAN Senior Retirement is a daily check-in and reminder service. Our AI assistant
Clara is
not a doctor, nurse, or licensed healthcare provider. Clara does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or
treatment. Medication reminders are provided solely as a convenience. Always consult a qualified healthcare
professional for medical decisions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the
new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
